Delivery Times
Our working week is Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. - There is no post collection from 2pm Friday until Monday 2pm.
Remember it may take us 2-4 working days to make your item - every item is made to order by us. The postage times are for once we have made and shipped your item.
We process orders on working days which are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the Monday/Tuesday of the following week excluding Bank Holidays.
First Class Post - Delivery is estimated by Royal Mail to be around 6-8 working days once the item has been processed. (Excluding weekends and bank holidays any unforeseen delays).
Second Class Post - Delivery is estimated by Royal Mail to be around 10-12 working days once the item has been processed. (Excluding weekends and bank holidays any unforeseen delays).
Delivery to Australia - Royal Mail estimates around 10-15 days delivery - please contact us after 15 working days if your item has not arrived.
Custom items can take up to 14 days to make and process prior to shipping as we make all custom goods in house. Most items are sent within a few days but just incase of any unforeseen hiccups we would prefer you to allow a little time.
